Matthew Blades has played a key role in the development of Westminster’s approach to Economic Development. He is experienced at building projects and partnerships, securing funding and political buy-in. Matthew established the Council’s Civic Enterprise Fund and has designed projects that support business and entrepreneurship, from sector specific support, welfare to self-employment, and affordable business space.

Simon Kirkham has over 17 years experience as a developer and operator of 5 creative workspaces in London including Westbourne Studios, Clink Street Studios and most recently completed is the 55,000 sq ft Great Western Studios with 104 studios for businesses in the creative industries.
